Here we would like to give you a brief overview of what to expect when you work with us. From integration to the continuous optimization of your retargeting campaigns.

1. Integration  

Integration of xretarget takes place in clearly defined steps, which we have defined in a project plan. You therefore have an exact picture from the outset of which persons within your company are integrated in the process at any particular time. The individual integration steps:

1. Integration of profiling on the relevant pages – that is your job.
2. Integration of your product database – that is our job.
3. Profile gathering – that is our job.
4. Creating the banners – that is our job.

The integration phase is generally completed within a period of 4 to 5 weeks. During the entire integration phase, your personal technical contact is available. 

2.  First campaign phase / Learning and optimization phase

This phase is generally designed to take place over two to three months. It follows on seamlessly from the integration phase and is when we get to know your customers and employ a wide range of algorithms to determine the ideal approach for your users.

3. The next steps in cooperation  

Your personal customer manager will regularly discuss the details of the further steps with you. He/she will give you an overview of the current success figures and propose optimization measures. At the same time, this is someone you can contact at any time with your requirements. You might, for example, wish to implement a current marketing strategy in retargeting.
